    I will explain my Situatuion to you to see if the letter on POST 1 will work for me:

    I had a paypal linked with my eBay account with a 100% Feedback rating of 79. I was selling some tickets on eBay 1 week before the event and sold them and posted them out to the buyer 5 days inadvance and the buyer recieved them perfectly. Paypal limited my account access because of this and then they unlimited it. 2 Days later i bought some ink cartridges off eBay and paid with a paypal account that it NOT linked with my eBay account and they limited both accounts because of thisand it says when i log in "Limitation cannot be appealed". So what do I do now as they have over £300 locked in the accounts and I would like to start using EBAY AND PAYPAL AGAIN as i have more items to sell.

    You need to call them and ask them, you can mail them too and ask them what is the problem.

    Got the response from same email you mentioned. Now when I login, screen is same but text is changed ( wordings ) they are still asking for same thing but the person has said I have forwarded to our especialist to review further. Hope he responds soon and helps.

    He also have mentioned a phone number to solve it. I will wait for email otherwise will make a call on 1-402-935-2080. I am not sure how to call via skype or my own phone? Is this US number? any codes needed to dial from my own phone?

    My account is limited access they ask me to enter credit/debit card and other verification proofs. But im unable to enter my debit card.. as it contains mastercard logo and it has 3 digit CSV number as well... consists of punjab national bank of india.... when i tried to enter that card it says >>>>"Credit or Debit Card: You have entered a credit or debit card number which is invalid or incomplete or with special characters. Please check your entry and try again. "
    i mailed to paypal regarding that issue. Some one told me that in india its like impossible to add debit card in paypal these a days. But paypal coustmercare said nothing like that.. u can add ur debitcard from any country... even im unable to remove my bank account if that thing is possible then please let me know, so that i can make a new paypal account and can conform that bank account.

    Where you selling anything which break there TOS?

    Did you send it properly?

    You can call them and tell them step wise and they would guide you which is very easy.
