PayPal Account Is Limited - Read This If You Need Help With It!

yes i sent them via paypal form

also i sent to all email list you listed in sametime is that ok?

and as i said my country not supported by paypal i just use paypal from another countries

they let me open accounts but when money comes to those accounts they limited

really paypal sucks

 

First off all I would like thank to you for your thinking. In my case I have submitted all information and documents buy my account is still limited since march, 2010 and status showing "Review is Begin"

 

If PayPal do not support your country then it is hard to use them as because they will know from your IP and will limit you every time.

In simple limitation it is very easy, just mail them back asking the status or call them.

 

I have a question about my payment.
I get payment from somebody, after that without any reason my money get reversed.
I already sent the item, also send fax/upload data to Paypal about tracking number (Tracking Number scan Invoice)
But they still reversed my money to the buyer. And i don't get anything, ITEM has been SHIPPED. Money has been REVERSED.

Can i send email to them like your thread ? With more edit on that i mean.

but why they let me sing up to another paypal country and let me recieve money when i try to send or withdraw the ylimited and ask document and say ur ip

I think the best thing would be to call them in this situation. By mailing the given mail it won't solve your problem as your account isn't limited.

I think they don't allow it that is the reason they give you limitation.

 

can you suggested which phone number i need to call ??
To customer or to TOP level manager (something like that)

I have given Senior Executives numbers there. They are the Top Management of Paypal.

 

I am afraid you can not get the money back.Paypal always side with the buyer...

 

yes,Moses8595 u are absolutely right paypal always supports buyer on dispute or chargeback case and buyer gets his money back.Like this way,he gets the item and his money both back.And always sellers have to lose both the item and money.

 

Okay I have a question guys, I've got permanent limitation from paypal , About the Disbursement options.
What happens if someone asks for refunds ? It states

The Money in my PP account was sent by a friend and a client, so how about I refund him and my other client , and ask them for the money in some other way, would that be a good solution ?

I Also emailed them with the email you quoted in the OP. Let's see what happens.

 

You can refund the payment as normal as you did before limitations. If you can then send mail to Paypal using the Contact Form and send both the transaction ID you want to refund, they will help you out.
