    I find it amazing. Although PayPal has millions of satisfied customers globally, as soon as some one has a problem its their fault. 99% of the time the customer has not verified or there is a legit reason for their problem. Not that PayPal is perfect but it is rather amusing at times reading posts.

    My account was limited before because I logged in from another country. LOL. Was really stupid and took me forever to re-activate the account but its all good now. As long as you have a proof of address and all, you'll be fine. My suggestion is avoid logging in to too many accounts at one time or logging in from other countries or using proxies.
