hey guys, i have a new problem, i create a new account (unverified) last week and i have done nothing yet aside from opening it in my desktop.. but they limit my account after 7 days, with no open cases, no transactions ever made. they require me of bank account/credit card statement and ID.

i think addition of bank account or credit card is not mandatory (that's why they set a limitation for unverified paypal) but they keep replying an automated email when i sent them support ticket.. saying i should complete whats in the list.

i hope you could help me with this

When paypal banned your account,the best way to solve is to call them,support your personally info then they will verify,only 5 mintutes.Because I did it once again.

Hi! I write here just to make some problems clear. I got limited this month, I don't think is a permanent limit because they said to send a proof of address and a proof of identity.

I've sent a Bank statement that has the name like this XXXXXX Y. ZZZZZZ but on my national identity card the name appears like ZZZZZZZ X. YYYYYYY, I don't know why but the bank is printing in this way my statement... What is the chance to get my limits lifted in this case?

I've provided a utility bill but is on my father's name, I've already mention to them that I live in my father's house so all the bill's are on his name....

And I have to clear one more thing... I've sent an email to them and they responded to me in this way:

Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding the case

I reviewed your account and I logged your email to the case. I can see
you have provided documents that we asked and thank you very much. I can
see the case is on review since the date 22/12/2010. This will take 48
to 72 hours to resolve. When this limitation will lifted you will be
able to have fresh receiving limit for your account.

Please note bank statement will do proof of address you do not need to
provide utility bill. Once name and address matches, there will not be
problem.

And one more thing... The limitation is 2500 euro per year? or per life . My question is if this year pass, that means that in 2011 I will have a new 2500 euro fresh limit if the case will not be resolved I mean if my proofs aren't accepted...

Hi my account is permanently limited and I can withdraw money but the problem it is $2 which cant be withdrawn. So is their any way I can send this fund to my other paypal account

 

I have to tell that my problem was solved. The name from the bank statement has to be the exact name but if your name is just inverted, the same but just inverted shouldn't be a problem. Just want to tell you guys with the limitation problem that if you call this number, is a free toll number +18882211161 you will get your problems solved or at least you can explain to them your situation.

After I called on this number all my problem was solved and my account was restated to his original form!

I don't think there is another solution... You just have to make a card, just go to the bank and request there a VISA Card after that the verification will be very easy!

My account got limited about week ago, they stated to lift this limitation i needed to complete the following:-
Verify Bank Account
Provide Personal Information
I verified my bank by entering the 2 small deposits they placed in my account and in regards for the personal information they asked me to upload or fax ONE of the following, photo id, proof of address or i could add a credit card, i decided to upload a copy of my passport and also a letter with my address on just to give them more information than they actually requested. 2 days later i got the email stating they were parting ways and i wouldnt be able to appeal the decision, they are holding my funds for 180 days, its under £100 but thats not the point, ive sent out the items i sold (via ebay) and paid out of my own pocket on shipping costs. They didnt give me any information as to why they are "parting ways" everything i supplied them was genuine, i havent done anything to violate there TOS and i am completley confused to why they would do that.
Does anyone have any idea on what to do?

ive just recently sent out that email in the above posts to all the paypal id's, some did come back that the email couldnt be sent but that was only about 10 emails out of the 30 supplied.

Anymore help would be muchly appreciated.
