Hi, my name is Nam, i have an Australian paypal account. and my paypal account has been limited because i have more than 1,000$us in my account.

What i tried to do:
- Sent them documents. But they said the utility bills is not acceptable because its under the wrong name.

- I emailed them, i told them I'm an oversea student, I cant provide any bill that have my name on it.

- Then, they requested new information: my student VISA, my passport, and my Enrollment Confirmation letter.

- I sent them all the needed documents, including my VISA + passport + Enrollment Confirmation letter SEM2 4units + CoE + Academic Transcript (as an evidence of enrollment)

- I have been waiting for 2 weeks.... they haven't response yet... and my account still being limited. I tried to email them, but no response for about 4 days.

I always read horror stories about paypal limited accounts.

Soon I'll open a business and if everything go well I'll be making hundreds per day on transactions.

I'm very afraid of using paypal, however pp is so popular, everybody uses paypal so I don't have other option.

Ok here is my situation. I am an Indian and for the sign up for India, Paypal requires a Pan card ( issued by the govt of india ), but since i was not 18 years old, i signed up with a USA account ( had been using my freind's account previously but his also went limited, Paypal really sucks), and got some funds in a short period around 190$. Then i got the shock. Paypal required a Bank account to verify USA and UK account and not a vcc. So I gave money to the op to get a VBA ( Virtual Bank Account ) and verified it. But the drama was not over, my latop came up with a problem and i used another Computer and paypal limited the account as they thought it was not safe as some other could have been using my account. Now they want a credit card and after that they will review my account. I will be getting a USA vcc soon for the verification but no one knows if they will return my account. For the current period it is simple limited but i can't go by the procedures of Simple limited as mentioned above as i do not belong to USA. I don't know how long they will take to review that account and since i have turned 18 few months back i have opened an Inidan account now, for my deals. I hope those retards don't limit that. After reviewing my USA account i just hope they don't eat up my 190$ .

mine paypal account got blocked and its having 520 $ in it i have submitted mine document which was real and they have declined it i also made call but they said its our final decision ... sont know whats wrong happens they just said i can only withdraw only after 180 days and i cant w8 to 180 days for mine legal money to get cashout well if any one here can help me out from this problem PM me plz ...

 

Did they send you an email telling you that they decline your documents?

I have uploaded all documents as requested but they havent responded yet. I been waiting for nearly 3 weeks since i last hear from them.

 

I think that the bottomline is that Paypal is one of the most insecure and retarted organization. I mean how can they not let us accress to our own money. Moneybookers rock.

I don't know whether it's worth a call to her office (that is if there's a real Leslie) because I've spent hours (and lots of cell phone minute time) with paypal getting nowhere. I'll update if I hear any more.

 

It would be best if you just solve the issues with other accounts and then reply to the same mail. So, that you get your accounts back again!
