calling them from skype is the best and the easiest option.

My PayPal account is limit but not for 180 days. Will I get my account back after submitting documents? I already submitted required documents to them but haven't got my account back. What shall I Do?

 

This is first time i m created the paypal account. In that i verified the bank account but i couldn't verify my debit\credit card account. my questions are a) i have debit card only, i used that for verification but it is not accepting what shall i do for this? b)if someone pays money through paypal will i get money? c) shall i use my bank account as usual other than paypal account? can anyone clarify my doubts, then only i can proceed. d) if i get money through paypal wen ll i transfer that?

Of course.You can get your account back.You should wait.why not give them a ring?

 

Sir, I'm a professional freelance writer, I use to sell my articles and content pages either through mail or by freelancing sites, and some of my clients use to pay me through paypal.
But in the last month, one of clients cheated me, I've done an article writing project of $300 for him---and after getting the completed works, he checked them and paid me $300, but after 2 days he created a dispute against me---I've mailed him -"why you are doing this???"---but he did not reply me. In the mean time paypal asked me to submit the proof of shipment, but as I've send all the articles through a freelancing website so I could not show them any proof of shipment and I also told the paypal team-- In my profession Proof of shipment is not possible, but they did not listen me. So my client won the dispute and got back the $300, he send me. Now my paypal balance is negative $300.

In this circumstances I want to ask you 1 question---what will I do now????
And how can I protect myself from this type of problems in my future days, as my profession is article writing so proof of shipment is not possible for me---then what will I do if this type of problems occur in my future days???

Seo, It rather unfortunate... Now, what if you have a small website with a private link where the clients will be directed to download their specific work from that sub directory on your website. This way, should such a thing arise again, you could present the download link/page that you provided for that particular job... You may have to think in this line. Loosing $300 is enough to get anyone to awake and close any open back door in the business. How to do it? I think if you discuss with any programmer or coder, this shouldn't be a big deal at all...

Really? I tried to call them before but no action.. How much it takes time to get account access?

 

After document submission, it shouldn't take more than 2-3 days- i.e assuming you submitted the right documents and your name/address on the document is the same as what you've got on your papal account.

Well, that is for your age verification. So, there is nothing we can do unless you or your parents call PayPal and tell them the whole thing.

 

So that letter wont work ? Do i still get the 180day wait til my funds are withdrawable

 

The letter would work for sure. And you would be able to withdraw funds after that.

 

Why is Paypal not allowing payments within India? It is strange!

 

They have started making lot's of separate rules for Indians and it is really sad.
