Hi, My paypal account is limited.When ever I contact them,I am getting an auto reply saying that I need to complete the checklist Items.These are the screen shots. Account Overview http://www.worthystore.com/paypal/paypal.JPG When I click the "Learn how to remove this limitation",I get the following screen http://www.worthystore.com/paypal/paypal1.JPG Two checklist Items are * place logos into your auction listings or on your website * update your account information I don't know what to do?.Please help.
This is the message I got from paypal "To return your account to regular standing, please complete the checklist items indicated when you login to your account and click on the link provided on the "Account Overview" page. The link will appear as: "Your account access is limited: Click here for Details." Once you complete all of the checklist items, our Account Review team will review your case and send you an email with the outcome of the review. Cases are reviewed in the order they are received."
Well, why it got limited?? n didn't they asked to submit documents?? if you have submitted everything just call them once and your paypal will be RESTORED !!
Am not sure about that, but i think you should give them a call and they will be more than happy to help you out !!
And by the images you have provided, it is an old account.. active since 2006. It would be great if you could please respond back to the queries other members have posted in here.
