    Hi,

    I would like anyone's input on whether Paypal deletes accounts if they are not used for a while. I have an old paypal account which I last used in 2010/2011. When I tried to login this is the message I recvd. ......."We're sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it."
    Is it that the account does not exist any longer and I could open a new one?

    Would appreciate your inputs, thanks

    Account is there but you need to solve the issue with their support. You can open new one with new email.

    Paypal never delete account. if they have any issue they simply tell you or they can limited your account. In your case "it happen when you enter wrong password'. You can try changing password or contact their facebook page.
