My PayPal account has been locked with CC's reason. At the first I don't know what's happened then my account has limited. And the PayPal said that I must send the billing of CC with the ending number that I never have it. I was try to contact via Customer Support but still have the same answer. But, then my account limited status has removed just for 2 days. After received the survey and fulfill it, my account has limited again, and then has been locked... Until now. When I was try to contact, PayPal still has the same opinion that I must that CC billing. How I can send the Credit Card's billing that I didn't have it. Perhaps here friends that can give me support. Thanks before.
All Credit Card would have Credit Card Statement. If you misplaced your credit card statement, wait for the next month's statement or contact your bank and ask them to resend you your credit card statement and that should resolve the problem. Paypal probably does not believe that the credit card you use with it belongs to you and thus ask you for the statement to proof it is yours. It is really not a big issue as long as you are honest with your dealings with paypal.
You can simply call the credit card company to send you another copy of the billing or wait till the end of the month to receive the credit card bills. If your credit card has an online checking facility, that would be easier, simply print out the billings and fax to Paypal. I do not understand why you do not have your credit card billing. For this no friends can help you, only the credit card company can.
well you can also go to your website of your creidt card company and login and download your statement and print it out.... or sent it to paypal...
I was enter my billing statement number CC in my account, and it done. But then I receive email that I still have another CC, actually the case is I just have 1 CC. So, how PayPal have data about other CC that I don't have it. Thanks for all support
If you aren't getting credit card statements, something is wrong. PayPal is quite helpful when you have the proof that they require. If you are coming to them with such an unusual request and do not have all of the paperwork to prove you are legitimate... you are gonig to run into problems. Make sure everything is in line before you go ahead and call their offices.

You could make a photocopy of your credit card and fax that to paypal. The best thing to do is to get your credit card statement, you can always call your bank up and ask you to send you a duplicate copy if you misplaced yours. Your bank's number should be at the back of your credit card.
