paypal account got limited, now asking for proofs. What to do?

    Hi,

    For the last 25 days, my paypal account is in the limited status. However I explained them everything through the phone and still all in vain. They told me to send Id proof and address proof. The problem is that

    1) In my id card, evrything is written in the regional language, which they wouldn't understand. (I don't have a passport or driving licence)
    2)They are asking for utility bill as address proof, which is not in my name.

    So what can I provide as Id proof and address proof in this case? Can anyone please help

    Will they accept bank account passbook's front page (having address) as address proof??

    Paypal is not a company With Englishers :| Do Understand that. Whatever the language is, they have Workers who can Read It :) MisJUdgement LOL.

    WEll, If you want the account to be BAck LIve, Give them What they want , Nothing Else, or Email Paypal, or Call them , Or Call them over skype, and tell them about these, They will sure give an Option if possible.

    Or simply if you want the money in it, Wait for 6 months and you can withdraw it :)

    In my oppinion, you mail to paypal and send your national id card; and wait the answer from paypal...
