    Hi,

I would like to know if there is any service that allow me to get a paypal account while I am living in a country that paypal doesn't accept?

I heard before about some sites that have a service of getting you a paypal account where you can use to receive payments, then you can withdraw this money in different ways...

Please help me if you know any of those that are working for a while (not scam).

    Thanks,
    Roseate

Yes, from where I live, I can't open a paypal account, and can't login to any paypal (incase someone opened one for me)...

What is "card transfer via paypal"??

I am in online business for a long while, and am having help from a friend, using his paypal to receive my online earning, and when I need to pay for anything he pays from the money I have at his paypal... Then if I need my money, he sends it to me through western union or bank transfer.

I heard that there is a service just like what my friend is helping me at, and I will pay them monthly for that.... My friend is doing it for free, but the problem is that he is not always available (being busy those days) when I need to pay something or withdraw me money, so I have to wait for him.

Ofcource with a service that I pay for, it will be faster as I am growing my online work, and will need that.

There are many sites that sell out US PayPal accounts but I don't think its a good idea to purchase US paypal accounts, because of two reasons one is most of the sites are scams other is PayPal sometimes ask you for address verifications.

Since you cant even log in to paypal, then i think you cant make paypal. I believed that paypal or your country are blocking it. The only way is open a paypal account at another country

You can use other PayPal alternatives such as Liberty Reserve and Moneybookers. Been using them for awhile now for my small business and they work just fine. Other alternative is Alert Pay, which I never use yet.

If you are living in a country at which paypal is not supported then you can open other accounts like moneybookers, alertpay or egold also.
But if Paypal accepts your country then you can open it even if you are not resident of US country.
I am from India and created paypal account since last one year and working it without any problem for me.

If you have a site. You can setup 2CO payment system. You can receive paypal payments through 2Co. 2Co will support almost any country. But here you will not get paypal account. Its a paypal alternative.

    Wow.. that's too complicated now!
Or maybe u must switch your proxy IP, so that paypal will detect you are from the country that paypal accepted? But i don't think this is a good idea..
Anyway, where do u come from?
I'm from Indonesia, small country, but paypal accepted.

If you country not accepted by paypal, you can use virtual offices from other country.
They will help you provide address, phone number, and document you need it when paypal ask some document from you.
