I hate to be the party pooper but no matter how many people you get to participate it won't change anything because you're not solving the root problem: the rate of fraud in your country is too high. Until your country learns to control its fraud problem it will never have Paypal as a payment option. No amount of clamouring will get Paypal to change their minds as long as the risk is so high.
We have tried. And I have heard many of Bangladeshi made contact with paypal authority. I think we need a lot of peoples support to make paypal authority take decision to set up a camp in Bangladesh. Our freelancers are struggling with other payment system.
It is true that we have a high corruption rate, that is poitical. But as we do not have the paypal facility, many talent, scholar do not get their proper value. These scholars are not corrupted. I have seen many people in Bangladesh who use paypal through VPN, and they verify the paypal account with the help of their friend living at US or Canada. This is not fare. This is not acceptable. If we do not take any action, this unfare activity will go on at a high rate.
