    Hi,
Damn guys.. I just entered my paypal account.. and I saw it was locked...

I added my phone number.. but now I must add VISA & MASTERCARD and my drivers license..

But as I am only 15 I don't have those things...

There was over $300,- on it.. So I mean this is crap...
I want to do internet business and I use paypal for everything.. with their fees they take off, they probably ripped me off for more than 100$ just from 10% here and there but now...

So now I'm thinking for the best thing I can do...

    1) If I would add a European VCC card... would that maybe solve the problem?
    2) If I would call them and explain the 'truth' what will they do?

Or what would you guys do?

This is really bullshit from paypal... now.. I understand:
    http://paypalsucks.com/

I don't understand why they are doing noob... :(

Hope you guys can help me...

    Greetz

I understand your problem but I don't understand why you hate PayPal for something that isn't their fault, but yours when it comes to the details that they are requesting. You are pretty much stuck in a situation which won't end in your favor.

As you are underage, you only have 1 option I'm afraid.

You can either email them confessing that you are under 18 and therefore cannot provide them with the valid documents they require. They will then close your account and after 180 days (6 months) they will release any funds that are left in the account. They hold the funds for this period to ensure that the buyers who have paid you do not issue any chargebacks or disputes against you.

Moral of this story - If you are under the age of 18, get your Mum, Dad, or other family member or trusted friend to sign up for you and conduct all your business under their name until you reach legal age.

You should have read the legal documents which you are bounded to when you sign up with Paypal which states that you need to be 18 years old and above to join. You cannot just violate that then when you get caught, blame it all on Paypal for your mistakes.

Be a human being and accept the full blame for your own actions.

Yes I know... but what would you do, if you were younger than 18 and you know you can make more than 500$ per month thanks to paypal...

Would you just say.. haha, I'm not 18 I won't use it and I won't earn money..
As I earned a lot by paypal already, it's just now that they block my account :(

He means you cannot get to the money that is currently frozen in your account, until the 180 day time period has passed. I don't think he was doubting your ability to earn money via Paypal. ;)

Solved? looks like you got a ban here, too.
Perhaps you're overlooking some basic business rules. Oh well, there's always something new to learn :)
