hello i live in PK and i m using a paypal account with a indian address. and i have about 74$ in my account. yesterday i got email from paypal that my account access is limited now. and they asked me to verify my address. i need help can pay for it. PM me your offer to solve this. thanks
In order to proof your address you must provide some utility bill to PayPal, and it has to be recent. So what to do if you'r not who you want them to believe you are...? Just do and counterfeit it.. Scan a recent bill somebody has sent to you and change your fake identity to it with photoshop or word or acrobat etc. Or you can bill yourself with example office word. It has billing templates. Just make it as legimate as you can. You know what I mean. In no f***ing way PayPal can track those down, why? Because they don't have access to any agency that would have access to that kind of information. Send those document's via PayPal resolution centre or by fax. And you'r done.. PS. Done this again and again and it works..
Verifying your account can help increase buyer trust in your sale. Paypal has an easy to follow verification process you can follow, check it out. Verified accounts can receive some additional fees but also can manage more than the 500$/month that a non-verified account is limited to.
As your country is not listed in paypal supported countries i suggest you to use other alternatives such as Moneybookers,2CO instead of using paypal illegal way otherwise you have to face problem every now and then. DON.
That's true that they can check your IP and when they see that something is wrong they can limit your account, but; In that case they wouldn't be asking proof of address, they would probably be asking proof of ID and SSN + somerhing else. But in that case there are other things to do... My IP occationally shows that I'm somewhere from US and other times I'm from Sweden. But main thing is that I'm actually from Finland and using PayPal, have been sent proof of ID and address and everything goes thru. I can understand why peoples do use fraudilent methods to set up PayPal, example if you want to sell on eBay but your country doesn't support PayPal. Example in Finland, if you want to sell on eBay you MUST have PayPal verified and linked to eBay account. And if you have earlier done something stupid or somebody else have tried to do some scam to you, your ID might be banned forever. Like me example, I sold high-cost Nokia's cellphone on eBay, and the buyer then opened case saying item is not as described, saying it is counterfeit. I lost the case even that I delivered original warranty ticket, shipping proofs and customs declaration to PayPal, buyer didn't have to proof anything, and now my real ID PayPal account is -$832,69. Huraa.. Not paying it, but opened new PayPal account with false ID, VCC and false proof of ID and address and now being verified for over a year.
Simply let them know you can offer the valid proof of postal address, it's the only method you can get back your money, or simply signup a new account instead.
I think it will be better if you can leave paypal and start using Moneybookers OR 2CO. PayPal does not support pakistan so it will definitely create a problem for you if in case you succeed to verify your account.
I don't know why this guy is suggesting illegal way.. doing like this will result in ban your account and your money will freeze.. the best solution is open some other payment method like 2CO or moneybrooker and transfer that money to it or transfer it thru third person.. never use any illegal medium..

If there is no way you can get PayPal to your country and if you must have it verified like when selling on eBay, then there is no other way than to do illegal actions. I'm not suggesting this to anyone with possibility to open legimate PayPal account, but like myself it's not anymore possible because I got scammed and now I have no alternatives than to do it illegal way. I'm now powerseller in eBay with 100% feedback but still I use fake identity on both, just because the incident that I have told on my earlier reply..
Positive:- forget your money and use only payment option available in your country. Negative:- Purchase a utility bill copy from any person of the country you are using as you country in paypal. choose which you think is better.
