PayPal Account Access Limited even with PAN card/Driver's License

    I was not expecting this.
    I am a premium/verified member at PayPal.
    They have copies of my Driver's License and PAN card.
    Even then, I got a notification yesterday that my account is limited.
    Now, I need to submit even more documents.
    They are asking for a bill that carries my residential information.
    Is this happening to many folks in India or am I among the few unlucky ones?
    Can anyone please inform how long does it usually take to get the account re-activated?
    A large balance has been left hanging in my PayPal account.

    There has to be something with your transactions or logging activity that is making Paypal suspicious of your identity. Submit any utility bill that carries your name and address as Paypal wishes to double check on your location!

    If possible... do call them up and personally inquire as to the reason for such limitation inspite of earlier personal evidence provided to them!

    And upload and send your bill which contains your proper address and your accunt will be reactivated in 24 hours.

    Give them a phone call and let them know that you have already submitted all required documents to them. They'll remove limitations immediately IMO.
