Paypal access from different countries when travelling

    I travel a lot and will access my paypal account from different places, countries.


    Could this lead to problems like limitations ?

    Don't forget to get your security key from paypal if you are traveling different country. Paypal security key will make you more comfort to work with paypal .

    I donno if the security key would even work outside the US. The sattelite might not have reach.

    why do paypal limits accounts its really bad for paypal customes because it brings hassles

    paypal normally tracks ip address and if it finds something like suspicious activities it limits account immediately

    if you travel alot do what i do

    setup a server and install Clark connect
    you can get that at Clarkconnect.com

    that will work as a soft firewall and you will be able to RDP to your computer at the home office etc.

    that way your IP will always be the same. Or you can setup gotomypc and use that but clarkconnect is more secure.

    Once you've called PayPal and told them you will be traveling outside your country, you should also look at the PayPal permitted country list. If the country you are going to is not on that list, it's dangerous to access your account because accessing PayPal from a non-permitted country is explicitly against the PayPal User Agreement.

    call up payupal and discuss the matter with them.

    IO do use it, from various countries and i never faced any such problem.

    As alternative way, you can install proxy at home and use it while connecting to PP, and PP will never find that you are travelling, as you will have the same IP. But it could be quite tricky if you have no fixed IP.
