Today Paypal limited my acc. temporary,now they want 4 documents. I can provide them with 3 of them but they also want credit card statement which i don't have as i dont own any CC,now what should i do?

But even if i did get a real CC then will still look for CC no to be same,as my VCC that i've attached with paypal is of different no. What if i dont bother to remove limitation?
If you dont remove limitation,then Paypal will not lift limitations and hold your funds for 180 days.
Call Paypal and tell them, that you dont have credit card. As government did not issued you credit card, you can tell them to paypal. They accept. Just call to them, and they will resolve issue.
i have no funds in my acc. I think the reason for limitation is i payed the seller with VCC as i ran out of funds in my account so they limited it.Now to remove limitation i need my CC statement which i dont have. If i call them and mention the word "VCC" anytime ,it will get them go nuts over me! and only make the case worse?
So better take a CC in ICICI bank on FD.You will get CC within 2-3 days.When you get CC,verify your Paypal account and they will lift limitations.Dont mention VCC while calling Paypal otherwise the case will be more worse.

Yes,you can have another Paypal account verified with bank account or by Credit card. Did you enter Pan car number on your existing Paypal accoutn which is limited?If you entered PAN card on your existing Paypal account which is limited so you cannot create a new Paypal account on your name.But you can create other Paypal account on your mother or father name.
look, i wanna create another PP personal account on my name and will not link it to any CC or bank account,on previous limited account i have not given them any PAN no. So if i create a new account(which will be from same i.p) will they ban me or something?
No,they will not ban you.firstly,clear your cookies and sign up gor a new Paypal account on your name,enter Pan card number and verify New Paypal account with Credit card.Verifying with CC is genuine in eyes of Paypal and you can safely use that Paypal account.If you verify with bank account,then if they put limitations for any reasons they will ask for credit card and you will again face problem so its better to stay away from that.
No,you cant use that bank account because when you try to add that bank account to your new Paypal account,it will show that your bank account will already linking to other bank account.
ok thx...can i use paypal for "checkout" and "buy now" situations ? I mean in these situations you DO NOT need any PP account,you just need to pay by CC(i will use VCC).thatz it.
