Paypal - A way to look up a members reputation?

    Sometimes I like to find a little bit more about someone who buys from me using paypal. I use eBay to see if they are a member and their feedback score:
    http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQtZvbQQsofindtypeZ25

    I can check if they are PayPal verified using this syntax:
    https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal=ANYUSER%ANYSITE.com

    Is there similar syntax I can use to get see their paypal member reputation?? A page like this. *Note, just a random user reputation page I found while searching for help on this topic. Note the url does not use identifiable syntax or is obfuscated.

    I'm using the direct payments API so even when the user pays using paypal through my system, I do not get links to check all of these things. Just text telling me if they are a verified account and confirmed / unconfirmed address.
