paypal a/c blocked..plez help..

    hi guys
    thanks for reading
    i need ur help
    i got 2 paypal a/c (both non verified)
    one of the is got blocked
    now they are asking to confirm the CC
    but i dont have CC or any bank account
    now what to do
    have heard about VCC do they work ?? and from where i can buy it.

    Then I guess... you will have to forget about these accounts. Paypal is just not going to lift the limitation.... unless you establish your personal existence in the name you registered! :(

    I do not think a person can open a bank account in any fictitious name without any supporting documents in any country.... certainly not in India.

    Simply use your real names/details, create a bank account - even the pre-paid debit cards work fine. In any case you will have to verify it.
    Cannot really understand what your problem is...

    Keep it closed. Nothing to do if you are without CC and bank account.
