Paypal $45 offer, for a simple PHP survey script.

    Hi guys

    As the title says, I am looking for a PHP programmer who can make a simple survey script.
    So, to avoid going back and forth with questions and replies, I will try to make everything crystal clear.

    Assume when a users visits my page, he/she will see the below image.

    All the questions are 50 ( But, you only have to make 5 questions and I will include the rest to save you the work, and since I am only paying $45 :eek: )
    Then when a user fills out all the answers he will be taken to a second page, because I want each page to have 10 quiz, and they need to be divided into 5 pages.

    After completing all the 50 questions, ( 5 for you, one in each page ) and hits the submit answers button, there should a text that appears telling the user ( See image ) about how well the user has done.

    Now, here is the trickiest part, which actually made me push the offer margin from $15 to $45.

    When the user submits the answers, there Should! appear a Facebook Share button, to share the result of that test in his/he Facebook page. In their Facebook page, the result of the user should appear on his/her wall, and below it another text that would invite another facebook user to take the test.

    Example

    You have got only 10% of the answers right
    ( for another user ) DO YOU WANT TO TAKE THE TEST? THEN TAKE THE TEST



    So that is pretty much it, when another user in FB who will see the result of their friends, and clicks on the TAKE THE TEST he will be directed to the page.





    *Almost forgot, I need to see this tested on your server
    And, since there are possibilities that I might get more than one person interested to work for this project, I am willing to accept counter offers, such as any nice thing you might be willing to add to top maximize your chances of being chosen. I guess, that makes sense.

    That is it, hope I've explained everything.

    I am not the best programmer in the world -- but what you are asking is quite simple.

    All it requires is a HTML form, a little bit of php and a session to remember the answers.

    I am very good with forms and sessions (I am a front end guy) :)
