    Can be done via paypal debit cards...but the pp debit cards r for selected countries I think...

    Also why u wanna PP to Alertpay..because ppl like to have $$ in PP as withdrawal is easier and the money u have in Paypal acc in dis case can be withdrawn to bank acc. and then fund Alertpay using any cards (cc or debit) if they accept.

    I don't want PP because PP doesn't support my country, But i have some money in my PP.
