Payp Pal Debit Card?

I live outside of the U.S who can get me one of these?

 

There is no chance to get the "real PayPal Mastercard" outside the US I think. You just need a way to withdraw your funds from your account?

I don't think you can get one if you're not from the U.S.

I got mine about a couple of weeks ago. I haven't used it yet. Maybe tomorrow I'll try to withdraw some cash.

I live outside the US, use AussieDebitCard to withdraw money from PayPal. No problems whatsoever. The fees are low, the card is funded within 1-5 business days. The card can be used at any Cirrus/Mastercard ATM.

 

what i need is an actual paypoal debit card from paypal

 

could you link your regular bank debit card to your paypal account. I got the paypal debit card, the first day it worked but the second day it didn't?

I am not very sure about this but dont they allow direct bank transfer in canada ?
