    Hi all

This is the first time for me here so I may goof up a bit ;-)

AFF is paying me but they have denied payouts for FF. This is what they wrote :
Your per member FF account has been converted to the percentage program because you were not meeting the requirements for the per member program. Because you were converted, we could not pay you and the balance has automatically been adjusted to meet the requirements of the percentage program. If you have any questions, please contact us anytime.

    My AFF stats are :
"Traffic Quality : 11 uniques per FREE signup,
Important: if your traffic produces less than 1 FREE signup in 20 visitors, or 1 paying membership in 25 FREE signups, your account may be converted into a "percentage payout" account at anytime after you've sent 500 uniques or after 3 days. We had to do this to keep sites from cheating or putting our banners in "inappropriate" sites. This has only affected less than 3% of our affiliates who are paid on a cost per click."

    For FF:
Traffic Quality3 uniques per FREE signup (You will be retroactively converted to the percentage payout plan if you do not reach the ratio of 1 free signup every 20 uniques or 1 paid membership every 25 free signups.)"

It was so easy promoting FF and so hard for AFF.
When I wrote back they did not reply.
Since I have got the payout for AFF already, how is the clause for AFF different from FF which I don't understand.

Can somebody tell me what's up here ??

Hey, they're not denying you any payouts, they just converted your account, the same thing happened to me, that only means they are not gonna pay you per click, but instead, per subscription.

They are still one of the best referral programs I've ever used.

if your traffic is as good as you think then choose pay per sale, you will make more money.

They do this all the time. It's certainly their right to convert you. But to do it retroactively and reduce past earnings is a scam. They are thieves like so many other networks.

    But, I still don't get it :(

The traffic quality for AFF is : 11 uniques per FREE signup
while for FF is : 3 uniques per FREE signup

Further, for AFF it says :
if your traffic produces less than 1 FREE signup in 20 visitors, or 1 paying membership in 25 FREE signups, your account may be converted into a "percentage payout" account at anytime after you've sent 500 uniques or after 3 days

    while for FF it says:
You will be retroactively converted to the percentage payout plan if you do not reach the ratio of 1 free signup every 20 uniques or 1 paid membership every 25 free signups.

I had 11 uniques per free signup for AFF and 3 uniques per free sign up for FF.
So, wasn't FF better performing ? why did they conver to % method ?

read your post, but they cite : less than 1 FREE signup in 20 visitors, or 1 paying membership in 25 FREE signups
so, they should write AND instead of OR.
    vain effort :(
