Do payoneer ask to provide or submit any docs for identification like photo id etc

Say if i get a card of payoneer from their partners like infolinks, moreniche , cpalead etc

Why do they actually need that as i am signing up thru their partners

Can anyone please sort this out

I'm from Argentina and I got a card from Awempire (they use payoneer). They approved me in 2 days, and they didn't ask for anything. (this was 2 months ago).

 

I got my card via Market Health. I received and activated it. They did not require any proof of ID. I am from South Africa

 

Is payoneer card is a no name card?

 

payonner card issuer may ask some document in future if they smell any fishy ,

initially there is no requirement for such documents

 

yes, I got mine from plimus and had to send passport scan before I was approved

 

yes, it needs identification and stuff. a valid ID will work. Just scan it and send it over. you will be approve in no time.

 

I have Got one question Regarding the Payoneer Card ,Can i use payoneer card on different partners .For example I Have a payoneer card from 2checkout.com ,Can i use it on plimus as well ? or do i have to get a seperate card for other partners ? and Can i withdraw funds from other payment processors like moneybookers on this card ?
i will be asking this from payoneer support as well

Yes, they may ask for your residential proofs like driving license, ID proof or anything that would promise for your authenticity.

 

I didn't have to do submit any information when I signed up but I'm New York. I'm not sure about there policies for other countries.

No you can't, However you can verify PayPal with Payoneer's Virtual Bank Account.

i applied for two cards from different Payoneer partners, with friendfinder partner he requested me for doc and for oDesk, it approved without doc ...

for reminder payoneer card is free worldwide,can be used to withdraw earning (get paid) by payoneer's partners.
for your questions:

-yes they can ask you for ID card if they notice suspecious activities
-yes you can use one payoneer card for multiple partners
-yes you can load your payoneer card by e-currency (indirectly) and credit card(officialy)
-yes you can verify paypal IF you have more than 2$ on your balance
