Does anybody know the time frame it's generally passing when somebody upload money for his first time on a payoneer prepaid card?
Typically, 24 hours for the purpose of verification and you would be alerted of incoming money. At which time, you would be given a choice as to how fast you want to load your account, I believe the fees range from $5 (2 hours loading) to $3 (2 days loading).
