Hello DP, I hope you can help me with this, I get my payoneer master card 2 months ago aproximately and 2 Days ago I recive one payment for one customer via load directly from payoneer and afeter one day I recived an email telling "unfortunately we were not able to approve this payment request, The primary use of your Payoneer card is for receiving payouts from our partners. Payoneer does offer the option to load funds privately to our cards, but approving such payments is done based on our policies and regulations, and payments may not always be approved. We will consider additional private loads to your account once the account becomes active in receiving payouts from oDesk. " Now the status in my payoneer payment account looks "Rejected by Payoneer Security Department". Now they tell The private load will be returned back to the original method of payment between 5-7 business days, what does mean this the amount will be returned to my customer's bank? Yeah I didn't still recived any money yet from Odesk. do I need to have one customer that will pay me via odesk using payoneer? what should I do to be solved this problem?
