The US Payment Service delivers payments automatically from the company to the Payoneer Card, meaning a card is necessary when using the service.

Therefore, since Payoneer Cards are currently unavailable in India, due to RBI regulations, the US Payment Service would not help people in India receive their payments.

    Will do.

Please note that Indians can still take advantage of Payoneer's Local Bank Transfer (LBT) Service for cooperating partners.

Just to clear up that the Payoneer Card is a debit MasterCard, not VISA.
