Trying to contact them on email but no response, waiting a few days.

Does anyone know their support Msn, Skype, Icq anything, or support member here on forum?

    Please PM me...
    Thanks

Payoneer support is weak, they take time to answer your support requests

Is your question related to the credit card delivery?

I came here exactly to start a thread on this because asking on Payoneer's forum is usefulness - that forum is a big joke that seems to have been built by a 15 yo girl back in 1999. There are dozen of threads about delayed credit cards and just 2 or 3 threads were answered - usefulness answers btw.

On Sep 3, I created my account and got the email saying that my card would take up 25 days to reach the destination. Business days or not, I don't know because I got 2 different auto e-mails where one said "25 business days" and the other only said "25 days".

Although it didn't come the 25th day yet, it is about to come. And honestly, unless you live in a lost village in the middle of Africa, taking 25 days to have a small piece of plastic delivered to your home is too much time! With the ePass, it took less than 2 weeks. And with my local bank, it normally takes 3 days.

It is most likely that the card was not sent by mail on the day that I got the confirmation. Not even on the next day... maybe the card was sent only 1 week later. I created the account on Sep 3, 20 minutes later it was approved and another 20 minutes to have my card ready to be sent. Is that so easy to have a new CC ready?

My main problem is that I already got paid there. I didn't want.. but as I had the account already working (but not the card) the sponsor paid me. Now, I have 6k "frozen" on ePass and 2.5k on Payoneer waiting for a damn credit card.

I'm seriously considering to change the payout to international wire. The problem is the extremely high fees, either from the sponsor as from my bank.

Anyone who got a Payoneer credit card... How long did it take?

    Thanks Mogggy.

Considering this, my card should be here with me already.

I guess I should start thinking on a good way to get a quick and useful reply from them. Otherwise I will have to wait 3 months for a card, like someone mentioned on Payoneer's forum.

Yes, they have a contact page and also a support forum. But in both cases, they take a long time to answer. IF they ever answer. Check the forum (http://community.payoneer.com).

There are several threads without a single reply from the staff. There are also many threads asking why the card didn't arrive yet, that justifies a sticky post from the support explaining the common problems with new cards. But they barely talk about this issue.

Luckily I didn't have to contact the support. I got my card today. It took 28 non-business days.
