Payoneer support thread

If you have an adf.ly card, that's ok. You would need to go on Webmoney, sign up for a payoneer card (using a different email than you have now) and then we will get the request and know that we need to add webmoney to the list of partners paying you on your existing card - you won't actually be issued a new card since you already have one.

Sign up on Webmoney, as if it was the first time, we will just get the information of your account, and add it. So in the end your existing card will have both adf.ly and webmoney as your payment senders.

Hi httn - the reason your payment was not approved is that "ABC Gift Cards" is not on our approved senders list for the USP Service. You can find the list here: http://www.payoneer.com/USPService.aspx

 

Anything wrong? Been more than 12-14+ hours and it still says "not verified".

Should I wait or contact webmoney support?

Its sad to see the Payoneer support staff Nissim and Dave do not come to forums.digitalpoint. This thread is inactive. I have submited a ticket to payoneer about 2 weeks ago still no reply.

 

Yeah same thing, support is bad... I sent a ticket also around 2 weeks ago... followed up two times and cant even get a reply. If people are reluctant to use payoneer now they will know why. Dont offer a service if you cant provide proper support for it.

 

I got this email from godaddy support today.

Upon selecting non resident in godaddy payee settings the EFT option disappears. If I select US resident option I have to provide US Tax details which I don't have.
So it seems Godaddy doesn't pay using US payment service. Is there any way I can use payoneer to recieve godaddy payments? Nissim, Romi anyone please help.

 

I wish to use Payoneer to get payments from infolinks but I can't get card delivered since I am from India .Can I get a payoneer card delivered to India ? Can you help with any solution/alternative for this

I have a friend in UK, can I get the card deliverd to my friends UK address and get it shipped back to India and start using it in India, will that cause any serious problem and use its virtual bank account for paypal linking.

 

@newbie191 Unfortunately Payoneer has no control over Godaddy's payment methods. While we will accept US Direct Deposits from them, they must support the option to receive payments to a US bank. I would suggest contacting them and informing them that you are looking to receive your payments via US bank transfer, however are not a US resident.

 

What is the maximum account balance that we can have in a Payoneer account?

 

I am from Pakistan and I love Payoneer. Their customer support is excellent. Now I am receiving payments Globaly using Payoneer. Thumbs up (Y)

 

There is no maximum balance for your Payoneer account. The Payoneer card itself has an available balance limit, for security reasons, and all funds exceeding this amount will be held in your Payoneer account balance. As you spend with the card, funds will automatically be transferred from the Payoneer account balance to the available card balance. This limit is above your daily spending limit for the card, so you will not experience any downtime or delay due to the limit.
