Payoneer will not hold your funds without consent - if you tried to receive a payment via the US Payment Service from a company not on our white list of approved senders, we would return that payment to sender. If you'd like to send me a message with your Payoneer account e-mail, I'd be happy to check the status for you.

Private loads are open only to those who are actively receiving payments from a Payoneer partner. As our focus is payroll and providing payment solutions to companies and their employees, we do no support transferring funds between friends/family.
Why is that so? By not allowing to trasnfer funds between family/friends you're losing a big part of business. Why don't you eat Skrill by allowing it BTW I already have abandoned Skrill

Secondly, regarding your card: around 60-90 days prior to your card's expiration date, you will see in your online account an invitation to order a new card free of charge. Hi Alex, In fact Webmoney is a Payoneer partner so you can receive payments from webmoney through payoneer. If you haven't signed up for a card yet, you can go to Webmoney directly and sign up for a payoneer card through their site. We will get the application and take care of it. If you already have a Payoneer card that isn't associated with Webmoney, you would need to sign up to the Payoneer card through Webmoney - except you'll need to use a different email address. Then we'll be able to see the request and issue you with a Webmoney card. I hope that clarifies your question
