    I just do not like talking about this issue because it pains me more when I do. My payoneer card just got blocked. Please help reactivate it and access my cash. How do I do it?? I already contacted support and no reply at all.

    I can see no issue except that you want to lock-up my cash. I just called the person who sent me the cash via his card to my card and he said that he already called you and told you that indeed the transaction was authorized.

    Now, clear things up and do not hide the truth.

    Nissim, the shortest time it took, the better. This thing has affected me for sure. I did not expect card-card transfers to be this dangerous in one's life. Imagine someone sends you cash and it affects the other cash that you have with that account. I am lost of a word.

    I can see some progress. Kindly also check the status of my card load for money withdrawn from paypal long time ago that was supposed to be loaded during the time when the card has issue.

    Due to regulations imposed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), non-Indian companies are prohibited from issuing cards to Indian residents. This unfortunately includes Payoneer.
