When a transaction fails, there is sometimes a pre-authorization hold that remains; this is only a temporary hold on funds. After 7 business days, this expires and is returned to your available card balance.

 

David has been great and we really appreciate his effort to get our issue resolved.

Hi! Payoneer support. I can't withdraw funds via ATM from my payoneer 2checkout MasterCard. I can clearly see from my payoneer account that funds have been loaded but when I try to withdraw via ATM, I get an error that I should contact my bank. What does this mean and how can it be resolved. Also a transaction fee has been debited on my account for the failed transactions on ATM. Thanks

 

It sounds like the transaction is being declined for some reason. Please PM me your e-mail (as listed on the Payoneer account), and I'll be happy to look in to the issue.

I have never had a problem using payoneer and it has always been super easy to send money, but (especially over weekends) it takes a while for payment to arrive, It would have been fantastic (and helped me alot) if while the transaction was pending, if a letter was emailed to the recipient with the amount that was being sent and just put as "pending". -> its just when paying for services already completed, it makes the freelancer I hire nervous as he has to wait a while before he knows that i really sent the money. (actually been a while since i last used payoneer so if this has changed already, then please ignore this post)

You can purchase online with any merchant that accepts debit MasterCard cards. We don't charge a fee for point of sale/in store purchases.

 

Payoneer prepaid debit card along with the US virtual bank account is rocks. No waiting, I just go to the ATM and withdraw my balance in seconds.

By the way is it possible to withdraw Freelancer.com earnings to the payoneer card?

Yes, you can withdraw from Freelancer.com directly to your Payoneer card. They are an official partner of ours, and Payoneer will be listed as a payment method in your Freelancer account.
