Payoneer recent email (need help)

    Hi I am using payoneer few months ago for my Amazon disbursements. It was successfully disbursements 5-6 times but this time when payment received on my payoneer account I received below email

    "We are contacting you in regards to your pending payments.
    In order to approve this payment and ensure that future payments are processed quickly, please provide the following information:
    1. A direct link to your Amazon store (matching your store display name) "
    Now my question is that my Amazon display name is different than my payoneer account title so is it OK to pprovide my Amazon link ??

    What other options do you have other than show Payoneer what it is you are selling?!

    If you can explain that the store name is different, you should be good to go. It depends on how clearly you explain. Avoid untrue statements and don't offer a reason that might be illegal.
