Can we use Payoneer prepaid master card with different networks, like Plimus.com and other like this programs?

If the Network supports Payoneer, same card works, but you must inform payoneer to link your card with the network.

YES, You can use any Payoneer Card with any other Company that offers to Withdrawal Via Payoneer. Example: as a Freelancer I have 2 different Freelance sites connected to one Payoneer BUT I also have my Payment Processor which is 2checkout also using the same Payoneer card.

You need to Know that Plimus has some rules about using the Payoneer Card. They where requiring that you withdrawal funds to a bank account before allowing you to withdrawal to the Payoneer Card. This was using Wire Transfer/Swift this may vary depending on where you live.

As a side not if you need a payment processor you might want to try AlertPay.com (I am switching to them from 2checkout) or 2checkout, Both of those are Cheaper than Plimus.

To do this when you signup to have your money withdrawal using Payoneer you will be redirected to the Payoneer site to setup an account you will need to select something like "Already have an account" ad than login and Payoneer will let you connect the new account to your existing account. It's very easiy.

One Last Thing BE CAREFUL of the Card you get. Since I am Freelancer I noticed that some companies have higher rates for cards. Vworker.com as an example was charging 20$ for the Card and 5 or 7% to load the card while 2checkout charged 10$ for the card and nothing to withdrawal money. Freelancer.com charges 20 for the card and nothing to withdrawal.

As I understand it what ever company you sign up with is the standard fee's you will pay EveryTime. So checkout your options.
