Payoneer Questions: What Vendors Charge Less Fees

I was looking at receiving payments for services, but there is an assortment of sites that use Payoneer, where I can do the same work and receive money.

But I have looked at a few i.e. (rentacoder.com in this example)

There are the standard payoneer fees, but then there are the vendor fees itself.

How much does this cost? Each payment costs $7.00 to send to you ($5.00 Rent a Coder fee and $2.00 Payoneer load fee). If you choose to withdraw it from an ATM (versus using it as a credit card), Payoneer charges you an additional $2.15 ATM fee (or $1.35 for U.S users)...and your ATM provider may charge a fee as well. Before receiving your first payment you must have your Payoneer card mailed to you. Payoneer charges a one-time fee of $20.00 (or $10.00 for U.S. users) to do this. Finally Payoneer charges a $3.00/monthly fee for maintenance.

They state there fees for receiving payment are.

2) What does this service cost?

Rent a Coder generally charges coders a Rent a Coder Fee of 15% of the final bid. This fee covers buyer advertising, buyer credit card/PayPal processing, security verification of buyer payments, facilitation/arbitration, site costs and a small profit. The Rent a Coder Fee is reduced for different auction types and/or if the buyer uses a preferred payment method. See the Rent a Coder Fee comission schedule for complete details. Addtionally, on very small projects, there is a minimum fee of $3.

As an example: if your bid of $100 is accepted by a buyer in an open auction, you will receive $85 after completing the work:

My question, can I do the same work somewhere else like getafreelancer or scriptlance and pay less fees to them? So there is more profit in the situation.
