Payoneer has told me that private loads are not allowed unless you get regular payments from partners, but 10 months back it wasn't like that, anybody else has experienced this issue?
Yes Payoneer don't allow provate money loads. That is there new rules, Payoneer is operated through a partner. you cannot even apply for a Payoneer directly.
