We Bangladeshi are unable to go to www.payoneer.com can anyone from outside this country go to the site and live chat with them to know whats the problem ?
Do you think it is possible that your ISP or the international gateway at the Bangladesh end is at fault. Could you do a traceroute to Payoneer.com website and see where the fault is.
What do you mean by all Bangladeshi? You mean to say Bangladesh country ip is banned by payoneer? Have contacted anyother bangladeshi from other region? May it will be some specific region problem. You can email them -
Same problem, Page Load error. I don't know what happen ? Any one give me email address of Payoneer. I will mail them and asked what happen?

ebuddy... i am sure that payoneer's website is not accessible fom bangladesh. I couldn't withdraw money from ATM few days ago so, i think it is also going to close in bangladesh. The ATM said that with a sleep " Your issuer is not permitting......." I am not a website design related man. Please tell me what is traceroute. Some of my friends sent mail to payoneer support. They answered it is his IP problem, but they didn't give any notice/speech that it has been officially closed in bangladesh. It was the only legal payment processing system fro Bangladeshi outsourcers. I am very worried about it
If you are using Windows XP, do the following steps 1) Click on 'Start' on the bottom left hand corner of your Windows 2) Then select 'Run' in the textbox next to 'Open' and type 'cmd' and click 'OK' 3) You will see a Command Text Box (Black background), type 'tracert www.payoneer.com' , this will do the traceroute showing all the path from your computer to Payoneer server. 4) Click on the top caption at the 'C:\' with the black background and select 'Edit' and 'Mark' . This will enable the Copy and Paste feature. Hold down your mouse at the top of the traceroute results and move your mouse to the end of the list. 5) Once you select it, go to the top caption at the 'C:\' and select 'Edit' and 'Copy' then come to DP and paste the results here. Alternatively, you can download http://www.pingplotter.com/freeware.html and use it to do the Traceroute. This is certainly easier to use. I tell you what, I will write to my contact in Payoneer and see if they have something official about this issue.

If that is all the Traceroute results you get then it looks like the problem is at the BTTB, Dhaka, Bangladesh end since the 123.49.13.85 IP belongs to BTTB. Does not look like Payoneer fault here. Here is an update from Payoneer
