Payoneer/Entropay for paypal verification.

    I am a student from India and I dont have a credit card. neither my dad has a credit card so I cant even get an addon card. I don't want to use any VCC.

    So, I wanted to know can Indians use Payoneer or Entropay to get verified by paypal? If yes, will I face any problem with paypal later on??

    I think anybody can use a Payoneer card to verify their paypal. You should be able to do it with a Payoneer.

    i have my account validated in paypal with a payonner card and i dont have any problem :D

    has been 2 years from the day when i get verified :D

    SO far Payoneer Debit card is working fine to verify PayPal account. I'm not sure though what happens if PayPal asks for a credit card statement.
