Its not a trick nor payoneer virtual U.S bank account is open for public. Its only available to beta testers (pilot mode).

 

I contacted them and they said that it was a mistake and took the $99

There are whole lots of threads on how to get Payoneer Debit Card and even it's mentioned on Payoneer website that you can get a card through a Partner.

 

Payoneer $99.00usd payment promotion is for deduction of yearly fees for U.S virtual bank.
Its not for spending.
So, I request the beta testers of payoneer virtual U.S bank to not to spend the $99.00usd promotional amount.

Well, let's suppose someone get the payoneer virtual us bank account, can this be used to verify a us paypal account ? how about us address and then SSN

 

If you are not a US Resident then do not attempt to sign up for a US Paypal account in the first place. Doing so would just be a violation of your contractual agreement with paypal and can get your account limited.

Sign up for a US Paypal account only if you are a US Resident and then you would not have any trouble with the US Address and the SSN issue.

The Payoneer Virtual US Bank account is not a platform which you sign up so that you can break some paypal regulations.

 

Well I am approved for the US Virtual Account powered by Payoneer and I can definitely see that this US Virtual Account would benefit those who either wants to receive all US Payments from various affiliate programs into a single account which they can withdraw via the Payoneer Debit Mastercard through their local ATM or use it to spend in the stores or online!!!

 

well, I understand these points. and Payoneer is a great service indeed. I got their mastercard recently. I am of India and would love to try out payoneer virtual us bank account. My question is, can we withdraw funds from this virutal bank account to my Indian bank account? Because, using the payoneer mastercard for withdrawal of money is gonna cost me a lot: 2 dollars for single ATM withdrawal? Too much. Also, account maintenance charges. So is it possible for online transfer to Indian bank accounts?
