Payoneer closed in Bangladesh?

I am from Bangladesh. I am using payoneer card from March. I have $139 in my account. Today after inserting the card into the standard chartered bank's ATM machine I couldn't find any option to withdraw money. Only one option was there written " Return card". After pressing that my card came out from the machine.

If anyone from Bangladesh using payoneer can you please check it ? Are you still able to withdraw or it has been closed?

 

have you tried another's bank ATM and see if you get the same problem ? When you log into Payoneer website, did you see any messages ?

 

May be some temperory problem,i read similar thread in other forum also.

 

I have two payoneer cards. I tried both in two different ATM machine, but couldn't work. Only standard chartered ATM supports payoneer card. Other bank's with master card logo in bangaldesh doesn't support payoneer card. I am really worried, cause payoneer is the only method for me to recieve money. After logging into the website I can see everything is ok and there is no new message.

 

So, I will better you mail them. May be there support will help you. At least they answer you that Payoneer Bangladesh close or not.

Now I can see the amount. But aftere pressing the amount key the message show " Your issuer cannot permit this transiction"

I have live chat with payoneer customer support. They don't know anything. They are saying that my card is ok.

Please any bangladeshi payoneer holder can you check whether you are able to withdraw or not?

Now I am unable to access www.payoneer.com.
wht's the problem?
I just sent a ticket to help desk, they reply it's the problem of my ISP.
Can anybody access now ?

I think bangladeshi ISP are unable to access there. Anyways can you give me your messanger ID? one important question. When did you withdraw money from ATM last time? I think its closed in BD. I found nobody who withdraw money from ATM after this thread.

Hi All,
Payoneer is doing a major infrastructure upgrade, and is unavailable for withdrawal until late Friday night Pacific Time. Withdrawal should be available again early Saturday morning.
I just live chat with them.
So don't be worry.

 

Wait for few days and everything will be up again , a major update is going and everything will sorted again , that's what payoneer customer support told me !

but I think if there's any infrastructure updgrade, the card should still work at ATMs. If you cannot withdraw money from ATM because you think of Payoneer upgrade then I should face the same problem, but my card is fine at ATMs.

 

I think the card is not fine in Bangladeshi ATM's only.

 

zobair, did you able to withdraw money at last? is payoneer is still allowed in bangladesh?

 

You should contact the bank to ask them if there is any problem from bank's side.

 

Contact Payoneer, and check your balance etc.

 

This might be a Payoneers problem, I don't think your country could block only the Payoneer, because Payoneer is a MasterCard, if all the MasterCards were blocked you couldn't use Payoneer from there.

 

Its better that you phone payoneer

 

@zobair. Is this problem resolved? Can BD people use payoneer card? Payoneer website has a link(FAQ section) to a MasterCard site which shows available ATM booths worldwide. I've found only 2 in BD at that (1 in Dhaka, 1 in Ctg). Anyone having success reply with the ATM locations.

 

First Login to your payoneer account and see the condition.

They have online chatting support. Chat with customer care directly.

Try Dutch Bangla Bank ATM booth. I have withdrawn from DB ATM booth too.

In DB ATM Booth:
Insert Card > Enter PIN > Choose Current Account > Choose Withdraw Cash > Enter Amount > Proceed > Take Cash.

 

Yes PayOneer is working now.......
