Payoneer Card : To Spend or to withdraw ? (India)

    I have a new Payoneer card. What is the most cost effective way to use it. I mean do ATM withdrawals induce less charges or do the purchases attract less charges. Please let me know both for small amounts (<1000 rupees) and higher amounts.

    To SPEND.. ALWAYS! of course if you need cash you have to withdraw. But if you can pay with the card I strongly recommend that option.
