Here is the situation. I needed to fund my payoneer card. But I didnot have a credit card. So, I bought a VCC from a vcc-shops.com, I used this vcc to upload funds to payoneer, but 2 days later Payoneer sent me this email ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We are unable to process your load request at this time, without additional verification. In order to proceed, please fax or email a copy of your government-issue photo ID (such as a drivers' license or passport) and a copy of your loading method: For credit card loads, send a copy of the front and back of the card. For ACH transfers, send a copy of a voided check. Please reference this id: 1095798 with your correspondence. Fax the documents to us at 1-800-251-2521 or 1-847-461-1386 or scan and e-mail to ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Now obviously, since it was a vcc I cant have it scanned. And the guy of vcc-shops.com told me that money has been deducted from VCC, so he cannot issue me a refund. I dont know what to do in this situation, yes, this was the first time I tried uploading funds into my payoneer (I got my payoneer just few days back) Let me know what you guys think I should do in this situation?
No, its not against to their TOS/Rules and the money deducts from the VCC, but it will refunded back if you are not able to submit the scan. but it takes... 30days. you can ask the seller for the refund and Pynr sends money back to the vcc you used. And the seller, can provide a screen shot of the vcc .. but most vcc sellers can not do this. try your luck. Thanx SL XX
The guy from vcc-shops said he couldnt provide the scanned image of card. So thats impossible now. I have asked payoneer to refund the money, let see how long it takes.
