Hi everyone, I'm Talia, Payoneer's director of community. We have been talking a lot to Alipay lately and would like to know if receiving payments from Alipay to your Payoneer card is something you would find helpful. Alipay is China's #1 payment solution with over 550 MILLION members. This means that if any of you want to do business with China, and was stuck until now because they pay through Alipay, Payoneer can open up new worlds for you here. Is this agreement with Alipay more likely to make you do business in China? Will this help you? Please let us know. Thanks!
Really? Then if a Chinese payoneer cardholder receive 100 CNY,how much can they get from ATM?In this case,no currancy exchange...
Hi, Well, this is to help users who want to get money from Chinese citizens. The card itself is still in USD, so currency exchange is still applicable here.

I have used Payoneer for years now. Their fees are a little high, but nonetheless a sure-bet better than Paypal. For bringing in Alipay into the mix -- would payoneer handle the Alipay payment and it be directly added to the payoneer account holder or would the card holder need to open an Alipay account and be able to withdraw from Alipay to the Payoneer card? If it is that Payoneer accepts the payment through Alipay and the payment is added to my card - that sounds like a wonderful idea. If it is that the card holder must have an Alipay account... its a waste of your time... GETTING an Alipay account is a tremendous pain in the ....
Hi Daniel, You would be able to receive payments from Alipay without having to open an Alipay account. This isn't meant for you to be able to get paid through Alipay and then transfer your own payments to Payoneer, but more like provide a service to someone in China who would be more comfortable paying you through Alipay than other methods.
Hi PayoneerTeam, I want to ask you an extra question,I hope you can answer me,I submitted a ticket at your site several days ago,but no response. It's quite simple. Can a Chinese cardholder get the virtual US bank account? Some of your salesmen in China said yes in their posts, but I saw some opposite opinions on the web. Thanks
Hi Wiseboke, I'm sorry it's taken a few days to get back to you. We recently experienced an influx in support tickets, so we are a bit backlogged. We have already hired additional staff and they are currently in training. To answer your question, the virtual account is available to users all over the world. You need to receive at least 3 payments from a partner before you can apply. May I ask who you receive payments from?
Start a payment processor service which accepts Alipay, Alertpay, Moneybookers , All Types of Credit Cards and if possible Paypal .
Very good action. More than 80% of china market is using only alipay, it causing some difficulty to deal with them, if payoneer can receive/send money from/to alipay, sure this will increase the number of user
Alipay is used in China, but if someone outside of China needs to receive payment from someone in China, it is their preferred method of business (their PayPal, basically) so this can open up a potentially huge market for many people. Yup - this is what we're working on.
