Payoneer alternatives with paypal support

Hi! On my country(argentina) Paypals accounts can't be linked anymore to Payoneer bank virtual service so there is no way to withdraw my paypal money.

There is any good alternative with the following requisites ?
- Prepaid debit card
- Virtual Bank account( US account) to receive paypal withdraws

I started looking on https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/any-payoneer-alternatives.2647694/ but that thread is more used for support requests than the actual thread question. Also requisites are not the same, so instead Im opening a new thread with detailed requisites.

Like always raw way - paypal -> card and bank acc opened with address at Cyprus or etc, where paypal support withdraw.

 

And where do I get a cyprus bank and cc card?

Step 1: go to this website and create american adresse : viabox.com
Step 2: Go to paypal.com Create american Paypal account with new email adresse
step 3: link your PP to your Payoneer account.
Step 4: Cashout your money
