So, I have felt the need to register on this site to expose the side of Payoneer which you're not used to seeing. Today, my account was "blocked" due to no fault of my own. Yesterday, I called Payoneer requesting withdrawal of funds to a bank account. I verified with the agent on the phone that I was allowed to withdraw to a friends bank account, he proceeded to answer yes (Possibly to get me off the phone?) So, all well and good. I was accepted onto the withdrawal service and proceeded to add my friends bank details. However, then my account was placed in a stage known as "blocked" Extremely puzzled, I contacted Payoneers phone support team. The call was abruptly ended by the agent after he told me "I cannot help you with this matter". I then contacted via chat requesting information, once again; "I cannot help you with this matter" I then asked some questions about the blocked stage in general. The live chat agent told me "As i said i won't be able to provide you additional information regarding this issue, please wait for the notifications via email" But, I did not request information on MY case in particular did I? I requested information on what would happen if an account was terminated. Hh great, now I'm being refused to be assisted by two agents - it seems like they just refuse to help you at this stage. I don't know what's going on here but it's really quite pathetic. I passed every approval stage, provided ALL my information including my photo-ID and also even my national insurance number. Now to not even get assisted through this matter is even more pathetic. I will update this post as to the outcome to this issue, however, so far my experience with Payoneer has been terrible.
After further investigation I have noticed something else. When asking on the chat "What would happen to the funds on an account if it was closed / suspended" I was told "The money would be returned back to the sender" Now, here's where it gets strange. A person asked this exact same question on another forum and a member of the Payoneer team told them that the funds still could be accessed by the account holder. Why is it that two staff members are saying two different things? Possibly to please the many people who will be viewing that PUBLIC post on a PUBLIC forum a positive thing, and then a singular person a different thing.
No surprise but yet a week has surpassed since this incidence occurred. My account is still "blocked" and the only bit of information which I have received from their 'support team' is that my account is under review. No time frame, nothing. Despite numerous attempts to even ask for a simple time frame they still will not provide me with one. Absolutely disgusting customer support. I will be revoking my money from payoneer once (and if) this is sorted. I've never whitnessed anything like this. My advice? Never use this godforsaken payment method. All it will bring you is problems accompanied with useless support.
Hi Matthew, I'm sorry to hear that you aren't satisfied with your recent experience. I cannot comment on it without having additional information - can you please send me the e-mail on your Payoneer account? You can reach me at . I'd be more than happy to look into this and make sure the issue is resolved asap.
Just pm the @PayoneerTeam they can probably help you. I would assume they will help you solve these problems.
Payoneer is Great! They will give you best support, there maybe something missing or delay but i dont thing they will give you problem! using it from last 2 to 3 years and very much satisifed with them!
I have never had issues with Payoneer. I use them on 2 of my sites and never had a hiccup. Keep up the good work, Payoneer!
Still no email back or resolution to this problem. People may be claiming payoneer is brilliant, however that has not been reflected here. I've now been around a fortnight without my money and my card.
Hi Matthew, I have no unread e-mails - perhaps there was some issue in the sending of your message. Can you please try sending it again, to ?
Hi, I emailed you again on February 6th. I hope you can get this resolved as it's now been more than a fortnight.
That is what the OP is trying to do. He is gathering ideas or info on how he can resolve this one and fortunate for him a member of DP is also a payoneer tech support or something like that.
payonner are horrible experience. They take ages to verify you and then a nightmare to load. Anyways outthere who is happy with them
