I did so well last month that I am not getting a check. They offered me a seat on the board instead..........................
Last year, I had a check stolen out of my mailbox while I was working, the sucker even cashed it. Took me 2 months before I got a replacement issued, it wasn't from YPN, but Never count on your checks into it's in your hands, or cashed............
Received my check today in Boston area. That would really hurt to have the check stolen when you expect it. The YPN envelope is so thin, you can actually see the amount (not to mention you can see the 'Pay to the order of' right through the clear window'?
Once I get my check--<fingers_crossed>it could be in my mailbox now</fingers_crossed>--and I get to rubber stamp it with my "for deposit only" stamp, and sign it, then all my anxieties go away. The U.S. mail system is easily one of the world's finest, but mistakes sometimes happen: the postman has delivered the mail of one of my neighbors to me by accident on a number of occasions. Direct deposit will be a VERY welcome upgrade... AmCy
The person actualy signed my name, then signed their name under it. They even deposited the check in their savings account. The company issuing the check, sent me an image of the check by email that showed the signatures on it, after it had been deposited.
