    If you enter your pin before 15th of this month... you got the payment on feb 2006..
    Probably to receive PIN take 20-30 days
    so you have less chances...

    I think many persons use fake addresses and play adsense like a game...
    Thats lots of time waste for google to send payment to a fake address.. and cancel the payment...
    Thats why they confirm the account before send the payment
