    When does google create the checks and send them to the publishers? What day of every month?

    Somewhere between 23th and 26th of the month is payment in progress (PIP), and till end of the month payment is sent. For previous month of course.

    Do you guys, here in the USA prefer to get the payment by mail or by EFT? Which way is faster and better?
