Hi, Had a quick question, do you think PayPal would let you charge a membership fee so that members can watch full cartoon/tv episodes, which are obviously copyright. Or alternatives.. Cheers.
It is best to check with Paypal about it but from what I understand anything which violate copyright laws would definitely not be acceptable. Paypal only deals with legal contents. Of course if you have the full consent by the copyright holders of the anime which you plan to host then it should be okay. You may have to look for payment processors which supports suspicious activities like perhaps e-gold.
check the paypal allowed content list for buy/sell.. also, if you find any other website doing the same by giving an option to pay by paypal .. i guess YES you can do so as well.. hope it helps!
