I think, with Vietnam, Paypal only accept member send money, don't receive money. So, you can using payment other as same paypal, it's Alertpay or Moneybookers, but someone at Vietnam can send and receive full function.
    Good luck !!!

payment to vietnam BY FAR THE BEST is xoom.

it is non reversable, and they have cash pickups. Its just like Western union except 1/10 times cheaper

You should use moneybookers or alertpay for monetary transactions. you can also use westurn union but it is time consuming.

Last time i use moneytransfer.vcstech.com to sent money to a designer that i hire her to design my website.
Their fee is moderate and it better than xoom.

I agree with you, but western union fee service is very high !

And at Vietnam can't send money out via western union my friend, only send to their family !!!
I think Alerpay, Moneybookers is best than, because those service support send/receive money !
    Good luck !!!

My first recomendations is perfectmoney online payment services, this recomendations come with security ,come s with flexibility to cash out to any payment processor exchange and ready to "bank wire "with no boundary limitations and has nothing "to difficullt to be verified with them ,bank transfer is very low 2% that I am sure really affordable to most online business owner
